Best PHP Programmer $420

I am looking for the best php programmer that can work full time 8 hours a day for me.. knows how to design + program php. You must be able to work during US time for the first 2 weeks because I have to give you instructons and you ahve to see how I work. If you cannot work during US time 9AM to 6pm PSt do not bid on this project. Payment is ($15 for 8 hours) per day * 30 Days = $450 1 month, If you want this project please answer the questions below 1.
