Automated reboot + restart upon game not being detected after x time

I'm not looking to hire some big company, and you must be located in America and speak fluent English. -- If you do not meet these simple requirements DO NOT BOTHER POSTING! Anyway, need something that should be rather simple done. For the free online game League of Legends I need a program that will detect if a game is actually up. If after "X" amount of time, the program does not detect the game being up, it will first take a screen shot, reboot the computer, and start 2 existing programs I already have created. I don't need a fancy user interface or anything, but a config like this I would need as an example: ============= ; Time in minutes to restart computer if game isn't detected over this period. TIME=60 ; Take a screen shot before restarting computer. SCREENSHOT=TRUE ; After rebooting over write a file with another file. FILE TO OVER WRITE= OVER WRITE FILE WITH= ; What programs to start after rebooting. PROGRAM 1=C:\Users\Chris\Desktop\[login to view URL] PROGRAM 2=C:\Users\Chris\Desktop\[login to view URL] ; Delay in seconds before starting each program. PROGRAM 1=10 PROGRAM 2=10 ============= This should be rather simple and I expect completion in 1-3 days max. Future projects will be needed.
