What I need is anauction management systen. I woule like the following feature using ebay API: Desktop app to interact with ebay and my server(to verify the clients that upgrade from free to paid level)
1. List and schedule auctions
2. profit and loss from auctions listed and ended
3. send winner emails
4. track auctions that won and show which catagories are best to list in and what day
5. list fee's
6. member database backed by mysql - offer menbers a free service and then upgrade for a monthly fee.
free service - limit profit tracking and image uploading.
paid service - unlimited service
7. various reports on how many listings, won , not won, cost , ebay cost,
8. include paypal subscibe link for paid service
9. bid sniping program for paid service. ( may leave out if it will increase cost)
10. image upload service and create image link for members.
11. admin controal panel that will include members ,monthly income, and be able to turn on and off paid and free service.
12. client home page - that will include all the features that they are able to user plus include links to upgrade to paid service.
13. I wouls like it to link up with ebay to see whats hot and whats selling.
14. in the client side - have a place to save a favorite sellers list
15 , send instant feedback for postive comments
16. with the admin send reports toan email address.

18 inventory managament sytem to be linked to repeat listings andreports of whats sold and pending.
19. simple checkout with paypal- send link to have the auction winner click and then have to sign up and pay. and have this linked to what has been paid and what pending. and reinvoice after a certain amount of days - config by client pferences.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
