Assistance for Linux Firewall /Gateway Server Installation

I need advices, tips and some help about how I can setup my network. I do not have all the information at this time. Part of the setup must be completed within one month or to. The official date is not determined yet. The requirement will be provided to you later and as they will be provided to me. Here is an overview of all what will need to be implemented. This is NOT the work you have to do, but you have to know how and be able to do it. If you have the expertise for doing what is mentioned here and are interested in helping for this project (suggestions, advices...), please contact me letting me know what your skills are, from what you know best to what you know the least about or are have less experience in. This project should require from two (2) to six (6) hours of your time in total (email and chat). You have to be available on chat from after your bid is accepted. You MUST have excellent knowledge of and good experience in: Linux Networking Firewall (iptables and other software) Cisco Manageable switch and Routers QoS PHP MySQL APC UPS Battery-BackUp Linux-Based Software (PowerChute) Knowledge in the following is NOT required, but if you have any, mention please it in your message: VoIP Linux Based Security Camera System (ZoneMinder or others) using a Video Capture Card Print Server SMS ## Deliverables Plan details: Main Server has: Four Network Ports: eth0 Internet eth1 (VoIP server) Absolute Internet Bandwidth Priority eth2 Sensitive Network (Normal priority, Business computers, POS Terminals, Printer(s)) eth3 Public Wireless Network (Network-Jacks available to public and unblocked wireless) Other: PCI: Video Capture Card (probably Q-See or ituner card) USB or Serial: UPS (APC, PowerChute) Software Services Internet Firewall/Gateway DHCP (eth3 for sure, maybe eth2) Print Server Public Network (eth3) must be completely isolated from both the server (except for Print-Server) and the other network. When a new computer connects, DHCP address is given and a username and password is required to connect to the internet (login page by default) Connections, bandwidth-usage monitoring (to local MySQL server) Speed-Limiter (from user settings in local MySQL server) when required Print to a network printer (XP and Vista client's can download drivers from the server)* I will take care of having the PHP design for login page, configuration software for clients' user internet access settings (passwords, quotas, speed-limit). Tips or PHP script might be necessary about how to connect the members (with valid password) to the internet. *I think of using cups-pdf as print server. Public Network will NOT print directly to the printer, and the printer will be connected to the Business Network (eth2). Ideally, for each print job, I would like a PDF file to be created and its name to contain the IP address, MAC address and/or the username of the computer that sent the print job. A MySQL user settings and monitoring may look as follow: Users: userID, username, password, access-rights...
