Access/PhP Purchase Order System

Project is to create a Simple Purchase Order Management system which ideally is web based or Microsoft Access Based. I would like to have suggestions from the bidders on solutions. The system is very basic as the objective is to create a sequentially numbered purchase order that can be e-mailed to a supplier and saved/printed for my records. The main aspects is that it needs to auto populate through a pick list the supplier details and product stock code, details and price. I have attached 2 files that have been zipped. The word document shows the purchase order that I currently use. I fill it out in Word and them mail it to a supplier however my product inventory has surpassed 200 items and this is getting tedious hence the need to automate. The appearance and layout can be changed as long as it contains the relevant information. The second file is a MS Access data base that has almost all the functionality I need. The things that it lacks is the ability to auto populate the prices from the product pick list and automatically create a sequential order number. If you can use this as a basis and get it to do what I want this would be great. Thanks for bidding. If you need any more info please contact me.
