Designer and/or .Net Developer Needed for Site

I am trying to help build a website for someone and need help from a Designer (if possible one who is also .Net developer). I am using Telerik controls ([login to view URL]) for the Tabs and the Grids, so I will need to make sure a design isn't too complicated where the controls can't be customized to fit it. I am attaching a zip file that have the Internet Explorer .mht file that shows the work in progress, as well as the .html page that might be used to play with if necessary, and a couple png's of the original mockeup that was done in. If you can send a design idea that you think would work well with these mockups I'll give you higher priority for the job. I so far am just looking for the design of this one page I have attached which is a dashboard/home page. It would have the logo in the top left corner, the company information in the right corner, 2 tabs and inside the tabs a grid or vertical tabs like shown, and then 2 charts.
