Database + Multiple sites

We are looking for long term relationships with programmers and designers. We do projects in web concepts and internet applications for ourselves and our customers. This time we are looking for the following: - Database (MySQL) driven application to run multiple websites on. - These websites will be websites to book hotels, trips and so on. - We are going to run multiple websites (different styles, types) but the database should be used and accesseble by all sites. - Multilanguage design - Good filtering options at the front website for visitors - Backend for admin to do mailings, view info, etc. - Backend for hotels, touroperators and so on to view and confirm bookings. - The hotels, touroperators and so on will need to pay us booking commission, should be registered at the site also and viewable for the admin. - Template based websites would be preferable.
