Create A website using PHP, Ajax & Re Write. (Website Clone)

I am looking for a programmer that can create a website clone similar to the odesk website. I would be looking for all the user functions as they have in there front end and also the user administration area would be the same as there’s. I would be looking for the coder to create the front end the customer admin area and the main administrative area. The site would need to be designed and would need to be created in php ajax and re write. I would want the site to be the same as odesk but with the design feel of elance. that’s why i need the site to be created using php and ajax. I have already developed some software in java that the user would down load to there desk to and every 10 minutes the software would take a screen shot and monitor how much time the coder has been working on a project. It would then send this info to a mysql database. So a java bridge would need to be created for this. I would be looking for a coder that will give me 90 day unlimited bug fixes. I am looking for a coder or a team of coders that could do this as soon as possible and as quickly as possible. My Client doesn’t have a big budget, but i can guarantee that there would be more work provided by him for the coder that wins this job.
