Create downloadable widget for desktop and webpage

I want a widget/gadget created for distribution from my blog. The widget must be downloadable to the desktop for PCs running Vista AND work from my blog, AND be downloadable to other PHP websites. I would like to also know whether it can be created to run on Macs, and depending on price, may also ask you to re-create it for Mac. Please tell me whether you can also design for Apple OSX. The widget will perform a lookup at [login to view URL], UPS, USPS and DHL to determine whether guaranteed overnight delivery is available to a particular address. It will also track specific packages, confirming delivery. See the widgets Package Tracker, FedEx Tracker, Package Tracking, and Delivery Status 3.9 for ideas of how to accomplish this. The widget will be branded for my blog, Laura's Winning Ideas, and include a hotlink to the blog. The user will type in zip code and/or street address in order to check on whether this is a location to which one or more shippers guarantee overnight delivery. (They do not guarantee overnight delivery to all addresses!) Once written, you will install the widget on my site. As soon as we have tested the widget to confirm both that it works and that users can easily download and install, I will make payment to you. This testing will take two business days. I have checked off a variety of developer tools, without knowing which could be used for this project. Please excuse me if you landed here only to find that I'd used an incorrect choice. Please provide an example of your work accessing API from another website.
