Content Preparation System

This project is for the development of a web-based content preparation system. This application should be written for ASP.NET in Visual Studio 2005 using the C# programming language. Please note that we will **NOT** accept projects developed in any other language, any other platform, or any other versions of Visual Studio other than 2005. Please **DO NOT** quote for other platforms other than ASP.NET. This application will be used to input content into a Microsoft SQL 2005 database. This data will be stored in html format. The application will require the functionality of editing content in RTF. The user should be able to add attachments to each item of data. Please read through the **entire** specification provided before bidding for this project.
