Coder Required for designing New site

I am looking for someone with good HTML and design skills to create my next online venture. I have recently purchased a new domain where I will be hosting my site. The site will allow people to search or browse the content for various medical conditions. Having surfed all of their sites and many others, I did find one site that I consider to be the best site to display the high level of professionalism that we want to be known for and will simultaneously provide clients with easy navigation AND allow us to easily create sales promotions, easy implementation of the content that we have PLUS easily add future similar and/or different content. That site is http://www.mayoclinic.com. I like a lot of things about the site. Of course, we cannot copy their site (we must not infringe on their copyrights), however we can model our design based upon theirs. Things that we can change include: (a) color scheme; (b) on the right side of the page we can change the "register now to create a personal home page" to a "sign up for our newsletter" area; (c) also on the right side, we can replace the advertisement with a "Locate Now" area. I won;t look at any bids which do not have a sample or portfolio attched to it. You can see from my point of view that I have no means to evaluate your work with that. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform HTML ## Deadline information I have all the content which I have purchased and all you will need to do is to link those accordingly.
