Coder to Assist Project Manager

Reliable coder wanting regular ongoing work ? I need an assistant to help me with many different projects. I am a project manager and am responsible for at least 5 projects at a time (usually websites and applications created with PHP or ASP). Apply if you want a regular 6 days (mon to sat) x 8 hour week. I dont want somebody who is working for other people. I need you to be focussed and dedicated to our work only. I need you to be fluent with both PHP and ASP and good with both access and mysql databases. Sometimes I will need you to work on little jobs, sometimes on projects which could last for a week or more. The successful person will be flexible, a thinker and innovator, a creator, someone who can read between the lines and turn a good idea into a great web based solution. You need a good attention to detail and the ability to learn our systems and help me to constantly improve our client's sites and our own sites. An eye for graphic design is important, and the ability to see whether something looks professional is important, ideally you will be quite capable with color usage, image creation and flash. I am always talking with other programmers through Skype - so you too must use Skype to talk with me each day. I will pay you at the end of each week and expect that you can account for your hours spent on each of the tasks and projects I give you. Sometimes I work closely with you on projects and at other times I may leave you working unattended for up to a week. During these times of less contact I need someone who will continue to be as productive as they are when we work together. I am reasonable to deal with, and I keep my promises.
