Clone a transport related website

I have a very simple requirement of cloning the website [[login to view URL]][1]. its a transport portal and i want the best architecture and should also be customizable at a latter pointof time. Currently you can visit the website and goto the demo section and login with the fields provided. Have a look at the different modules. And when bidding please dont bid with your resume.
