This website will be a showcase of the various

services provided by our company. The closest example

we can give is [url removed, login to view], or any other next generation

websites specifically displaying the services and

expertise our company will provide for various

clients.

We are clear in our requirements and our website will

have some dynamic pages like uploading the resume,

quote request or any sales oriented documents.

We are expecting the group to have expertise in image

creation and logo creation.

Eventually we would like connect this webpage to a

database.

All the pages should load fast and there should not be

unnecessary large size images which will reduce the

speed of the web page loading.

We will be definitely adding and refining the WebPages

consistently in the future. So the current build

should be flexible enough to sustain the changes to

come.

Clearly speaking we are looking to have a high end

user friendly website with all the information

required. We would not want to browse this website and

feel that it a same old website for some IT services.

It should be a unique technological website without

compromising on any aspects of quality and

performance. We expect the team to have good color

matching skill so that the colors chosen in the

website are extremely pleasing to the user.

In future we have may add a ecommerce feature to this

website.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
