We are using an ASP directory program called creadirectory. This program has an ASP script which generates static html files from content stored in a database. Basically there is a link to a file called [login to view URL] which generates the html. OK, the problem is we want to be able to place some html (advertising banners) into the static webpages, but everytime we recompile, we lose the html and have to re-add then banners in each static html file.
What we need is for the generate script to bypass or copy the the banner code when re-generating.
There is 2 scripts [login to view URL] which generates the categories and [login to view URL] which generates the listings (code is available here <[login to view URL]>)
