ASP - Javascript - Shopping Cart - Paypal IPN

Objectives: I want to be able to customers to receive text (javascript) that will updates a daily message on their website via a monthly subscription. They will simply copy and paste some javascript onto their site and the text will update everyday, as long as there is a zero balance or their transaction has been cleared. I vision this to be done via Paypal IPN or something of that nature. I would also like to integrate this into a shopping cart as well. The site is currently being hosted on a windows server so I would image that it will be coded in ASP. I have attached a specs doc, but I will probably elaborate more during the bidding process. ** Must have experience with ALL of the following: ASP - Javascript - Shopping Cart - Paypal IPN It would also be great to view similar solutions that you have developed. Good Luck bidding! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
