Buddypress plugin developer

Hello, I want a site, similar to mintees.com. I want a plugin, for buddypress, that based on only image share. A good start point maybe the buddyboss theme. It has a Facebook-like wall, you could like the image (we will name it something else). The plugin, or the modified plugin need to automatically choose top t-shirt designs for the frontend (based on the "likes", or the administrator choose from the users). The extra thing: need a small shop integration also. The users if they want, they could sell their t-shirt designs. So not only populate their own artwork. On their panel need a thick box, when they thick it, an upload section will display where could they upload the original psd, or other graphics file. If somebody buy it, the system sends the protected link (only 3 times could download for a limited time). It's also available a shop plugin for buddypress, so if somebudy could, then possible to use it...
