Advanced E-Commerce website

Hello, I need a freelancer / team who can code an e-commerce platform where the frontend is basically like an e-commerce website to the final user, BUT the backend is quite advanced and need lot of coding. Practically there is the ADMIN that is the only one able to insert products with descriptions and pictures and all the details that I'll tell to the winner of this project. The admin will also manage SUPPLIERS and CUSTOMERS and will have access to STATS, can generate VOUCHERS both for SUPPLIERS and for CUSTOMERS, can send newsletters based on customers flavors (customer will set it when he/she registers to the website) and can set FEES for a listing, can set the revenue for a selling and the expiration time for a listing. SUPPLIERS can subscribe to the website to insert quantities and prices for the products that the ADMIN inserted on the website (suppliers can't put products that aren't in the DB of the shop). They'll select products that are already in the DB using some drop down menus (kind of ebay when inserting a product to sell) and will pay a FEE that the ADMIN will set for each product when the ADMIN is adding the product to the DB. SUPPLIERS can manage their listing, only decrementing quantities or LOT/BATCH of the products. SUPPLIERS can buy credits to manage their listings from their web panel. The website will show to the final user that is looking for a certain product the product with the lowest price. Example: there are 2 suppliers that sell the same product. One sell it at € 20, the other sell it at € 25. Website will show only the product that costs € 20. When this product is sold, the next customer that will look for this product will see the one that costs € 25 and so on. The software has to use the API of the express courier in order to send to the seller the address of the customer, automatically. The software has to use the API of a telephone carrier in order to send SMS to the seller to tell him/her that he generates a sale and when the express courier will be there to pick up the shipping. The software will use PAYPAL as payment gateway. The template for the frontend needs to be like the one of the Apple Store (very clean and easy to understand). Basically this is what I need.
