I think there are some more details needed about your website, before going any further: - what CreLoaded version (and distro) do you have there, and for how long have you been running your website with it? - how many products/items do you have in your shop? and how many (avg) visitors a day? - where and under what conditions is your website hosted, is it shared or dedicated hosting /server? - what levels of customization do you have for your shop, how many modules/addons installed and how, automatic or manual installation ? also, have you applied any patches available for your Cre version ? Dear Sir I have more then 10 years running OSC. Usually this happens when you have a lot of products and categories. I have run into this with 50 000 products in 1000 categories. First problem was SEO url and later some left join queries products to categories. Please note that if it's the case I'll not be able to fix it (as I know no one succeed).
