Architectural process web site

This will be a Web Project with c# over [login to view URL] Framework 4.0. There will be pages to create and manage users. Every users will login from the main page. The user will able to upload autocad (DWG) files to the server. These files will define the floors of a building. 3D structure of the building will be constructed from these files. All the doors, windows, stairs etc. objects will be determined from the drawings. The determined objects will be drawn on a png file and the user will approve it. Some predefined texts (got from MySQL DB) will be searched in files. According to the details got from the objects, some calculations and then some comparison will be made with the criteria got from the MySQL database. These comparisons will give some results. All data will be stored in MySQL database. Using the results obtained, a PDF report will be created with text got from the database from a PDF template. The PDF file will be saved to the disc and may be also be downloaded from the user DB structure, DB data and PDF template files will be provided by the customer. Source codes will be delivered at every trial sending. Alpha test has to be done by the programmer; Beta test will be performed by the customer's staff. Give me Your Budget
