Greetings, I'm esentially a Devops that has been in the field for the past 6+ years. I'm starting just recently to use freelancer.com but I have the proper experience for what you want to accomplish. One of my latest project was similar to what you require. I did a network supervisor of supervisors for the parisian rail company. (RATP) The tool aggregate data coming from different types of supervisors(Nagios, Shinken and in house tools) and present a single and complete state of the network and its history in a smooth interface. There are, amongst others, cartography features, warning escalation systems and division of visibility based on user rights. Some of the requirements were to be able to handle 20 000 equipments and have some business inteligence included to correlate the data to the respect of contracts or the impact failures may have had on the service. The technologies used were: - Backend: Python, AMQP, Couchdb, elastic search - Frontend: Python-bottle, backbone.js, jquery Bottle is a lighter framework than Django and couchdb was chosen because mysql couldn't handle the load. However, I have worked in the past with Django in a relevant context: Web application to configure virtual machines instances and deploy them using in house tools.
