Access DB Creation For Insurance Agency

Every month we receive insurance commission statements from various insurance carriers and we need to generate separate agent commission reports monthly using the data from each commission statement we receive. Every agent has a different commission split agreement with our agency and only a few select agents (Mangers) are paid an additional bonus income generated over and above the commissions paid. Example: Policy 1 Monthly Commission Split Agent1 70% commission Agent2 30% commission The total will always equal 100%; there could be up to 5 agents associated with each policy Quarterly Commission Split Bonus_Agent1 50% commission Bonus_Agent2 50% commission The total will always equal 100%; there could be up to 5 agents associated with each policy So in essence, we would like the ability to enter in all the data from the statement we receive and based on the information we enter, we would run a monthly commission report for each agent so we know how much to send each agent in the form of compensation. Sample Field(s): Monthly Commission Statement Policy Number: (based on the policy number entered – system would know who the agent or agents are linked to the account) Company_Name: FirstName: LastName: Date_Due (Note: This is month for which the commission was earned) Chargeback_Date: (Note: This is when we have negative commission amount, we have to adjust, in the report to recapture the commission(s) that was already paid out in a previous month or month(s) Policy_Type: (Note: Drop Down List; Group Health, Group Dental, Group Life, Voluntary Benefits, Individual Health, Individual Life, Individual DI, Fixed Annuity Master_Client_List (Table) We would like each policy that we are paid a commission on linked to a master_client list (table) that would list the policy information (Policy Type),(Carrier Name), contact information, etc. and the agent or agent(s) associated with the account. We would also like the ability to generate a mailing list of all clients by policy type, carrier name and policy renewal date. We would like to generate a separate monthly report that would generate a list of clients that will have their policy renewal date for a particular month during the year; with an additional mailing list feature, Agents (Table) We would like a separate table listing the contact information of every agent associated with our agency. List should contain basic contact fields, their commission split with our agency, example 80%. We would like a different commission split column for different products and or policies types sold. Example: Group Health: 40% would be the commission to the agent; Example: Individual Health: 80% would be the commission to the agent. Commission levels will change over time so we need the ability to edit the commission percentage. This db needs to be compatible with Access 2013, you would create this DB from Scratch.
