Create an app + database to register hours (also for Android and Windows)

Description of the company activities: Selsa is a personal training at home company. The personal trainers that work for Selsa are freelancers and drive around in different parts of the Netherlands to train people in their homes or outside. Our customers buy a package of XX training-sessions for which they are invoiced upfront. Sessions are by default 1 hour. Who is going to use the app: The trainers use the app to register a session with a customer. Personal trainers visit a customer. A customer has a QR-ID and when the trainer arrives he scans the QR code of the customer. The customer has a physical card with his/her QR code and as a backup the personal trainer also needs the ability to manually enter the customer’s ID. One scan is by default 1 hour, but the personal trainer needs the option to change this value manually. The registration is sent to a database that is allocated somewhere on the internet (URL and access credentials will be provided). The following is registered/calculated in the database after scanning the QR code: 1. The total amount of hours for a specific month for a specific customer 2. The amount of hours left for a specific customer (subscription package minus hours registered) 3. The amount of hours registered for a specific month for a specific trainer Based on the database, the following tasks need to be processed automatically: 1. Give a warning when the package of a customer expires in less than a month (to Selsa, the trainer and the customer) • If expiration date < than 30 days, send an email to customer email, trainer email and Selsa email 2. Run a scan on the database on the 5th of the new month and send a monthly report of the previous month to Selsa email with the following information: • The total amount of hours registered that month (total of all trainers) • A comparison of this amount to the previous month (percentages and absolute numbers) • A comparison of this amount to a monthly average (percentages and absolute numbers) • A comparison of this amount of hours to the same month a year before (percentages and absolute numbers) • The total amount of hours registered that month per region • A comparison of this amount to the previous month (percentages and absolute numbers) • A comparison of this amount to a monthly average (percentages and absolute numbers) • A comparison of this amount of hours to the same month a year before (percentages and absolute numbers) • The life time value of the customer in amount of hours (total amount of hours registered since the very first start) and euro’s (amount x rate) 3. Run a scan on the database on the 5th of the new month and send a monthly report of the previous month to the customer with the following information: • The total amount of hours used that month • The total amount of sessions used from this package/subscription • The starting date of this package/subscription • The expiration date of this package/subscription 4. Run a scan on the database on the 5th of the new month and send an editable invoice to the trainer (template will be provided) 5. If the amount of remaining hours is less than six, an automated email needs to be send to the customer with a new offer for extending their subscription Important other details: ➢ Per day only 1 session per customer can be scanned (to prevent double scans) ➢ Security needs to be implemented for the database ➢ The source code needs to be provided fully after completion of the app. ➢ The app should run on iOS, Android and Windows
