Yes i made android app that control robot via bluetooth even we developed a complete project Extended Eye view : having recon jet glasses wear by patrolling person connect with Drone robot (build on Arduino)via central unit made up of array of intel NU board with hadoop and hipi to analyse the images and warn the patrolling person ... and patrolling person can control the robot via voice command
