Build a Xamarin cross-platform mobile app -- 2

This mobile app is similar to a shoping mobile app. Remote Database already build. App workflow already defined. The app will use a library to scan barcodes, query remote database using web services (already built) and do some local storage. This version will not process order payments nor web orders. It will mostly create lists/recipes of desired / bought items. The general workflow and main screens are already defined. Check the attached PDF file. More details can be provide by chat. You have to accept the following conditions: - As a starting point we will build the android version first, but you should create the core base which will be used for the iOS and WP versions too. - We will create/add more milestones to pay for the ios and wp versions later (apart from this starting budget). - You should finish the project milestones within your time estimation. If not, then we will rest a 10% of the specific milestone budget for each day of delay. - You can earn 10% extra for each early day. - Nothing is paid (released) until you provide working demos.
