Android app for news and geo position

MAKE ONLY TRUE OFFERTS.* Hi! i'm looking for an android app to do these things: it must take from the input news sources (cnn, bbc, ansa) the article's title and the position of the event. This android app must elaborate the news position and add a point on a google map. This point, can be of two different colours: red (bad news) and green (good news). It must recognize bad news with a system that will read the article and find phrases like homicide, theft, killed, murder, rapt, accident etc.etc. Good news, are all the news that doesn't include the phrases of the bad news. The user, can see this map on his phone, also without gps. If he turns on the gps, he'll see all the events around him in a choosen range (in kilometers). Clicking on a pin, he'll see a box with the article's name and two buttons: "+" and "-". Clicking on "+" he'll be able to read the full article with a in-browser app. Clicking on "-" he'll close the pin box. The user, will be able also to view country stats, for example how many crimes have been there, how many good news etc.etc. Also the map will take a colour with shades of green and red (more red=more crime, more green=less crime and better news). This application, must take ALL THE NEWS from 2010 + all the nws following an rss feed. here there are the ansa's sources: RSS FEEDS: [login to view URL] (I WANT: mondo, cronaca, ultima ora, homepage, canale europa. THIS APP MUST BE AVAIBLE ONLY IN ALL THE EUROPEAN COUNTRIES. AFTER, IF I LIKED YOUR WORK, I'LL CHOOSE YOU (AND PAY YOU) TO EXTEND THIS APP TO ALL THE WORLD. Once the app starts, the user must sign-up (with facebook, google or just an e-mail) and choose his country, else, he'll view on the map only the pins in the choosen country (ansa is for italy, you must take the most important journal for every country so the language will be the same of the person). I want to be able also to send push notifications. All these functions must be taken with in-app purchases. The free app, will only show the pins without stats, text, in-app article reading. All the events, and all the pins on a map must be saved in a database and i want to be able to export all the pis in a .kml file to view them on google maps or google earth.
