Android and Iphone SIMPLE "3 click" App

We want to create a simple app that uses information from one of our webpages. Customer needs to login to access this. 1st screen: show login and password boxes, and register button linking to webpage. 2nd screen - after login successfull: - Logo and slogan at the top. - 3 dropdown boxes with data from website. - 1 results box with data from website. - contact text box at the bottom with submit button. - clickable phone number and email address. - address details Simple as that! For Android and Iphone.
