Add some graphics to my completed project!!

My project code is completed, what I need is just the graphical design layout of it to be added to the code. If you change the background color, buttons, font, text, and add sound, icons, images to the code, a splash screen with a truck and app title. The project is Fuel Economy Data, that compares prices. So if you can add images relating to the code with trucks, money, etc.
