Content Management and iPhone Application

We are seeking a freelance programer to develop a iPhone application connecting to a content management system. The content management is based on open source either Typo, Joomla or similar. A full specification will be provided with acceptance criterias. Once acceptance is reached the agreed price will be paid. We are seeking freelance programer showing those skills.
