I need an app for both android and iOS. The app will present text, multiple choice test items, some minor multimedia functions, a jigsaw puzzle component that has the user put pieces of a scrambled picture together, a card game that is similar to "Concentration" so the user has to match elements of the cards displayed, and a memory game similar to "Simon" in which the user is presented to a series of numbers quickly and they then have to repeat the number sequences on a numeric keypad on the app screen.
