ANY APPLICATION OR METHOD TO FIND LOCATION

I Think this is impossible ut you never know, Over the years I was often speechless about the superbly smart individuals that happened to cross my path. Well never say never so ,. if ANY one out there know how to do this , OR can do it themselves OR know of someone that will/ might know or even just have advise , then PLEASE LET ME HEAR OF YOU URGENTLY. My parents are worried sick about my brother, that dissapeared about 30 hours ago , He never pitched up for a important meeting in Johannesburg about 3 hours away from where He and my parents live, He also missed a lunch appointment with my mother after that , NO ONE knows where he is and EXTREMELY unlike him he is not answering his phone. We would be able to locate his car under normal circumstances but he very recently purcazed a new BMW and I havent thought of getting the car's tracking device details from him , that is if it is fitted with one at all !! THE ONLY SOLUTION, and IT is a very wild shot , is to get a approximate idea on his location or last registered location is by means of his mobile phone . His handset is a iphone 5. What about a sms tracker or a maybe even a email tracker, he is using his email on his mobile device. Please let me know as this EXTREMELY URGENT !!!!
