Custom Ebook / PDF reader for the Android Platform

I need a custom Android EBOOK reader capable of reading PDF and the ePUB file formats with a simple, yet elegant file explorer to locate the files and open them WITHIN the application. To begin with, even if both the file formats cannot be implemented, that is alright. But I specifically need the PDF's readable. For implementing the ePUB file format, there could be another job posting at a later date. The application has to be designed specifically for tablets. NOT ANDROID HONEYCOMB but SDK 2.1 and above. I can develop the application myself, but do not have any development cycles left to allocate for the same and am looking to hire someone for the job. More specifics will be made available to short listed candidates who are capable of completing this project. Due to the tight schedule, I will be interacting with the selected candidate as mush as possible on a daily basis. However, I will require test APK's every day to keep track of the progress and provide my suggestions.
