Create a TV guide activity / view with controls from Json data

I need a TV guide activity/ view with controls based on our json data. We are building a TV app and need a nice looking, overlay TV guide, with controls that is based on your json data schema that looks like attached screenshot. I don't need an entire app just the TV guide. below are the requirements. 1) User taps the screen and a floating menu icon (overlay) appears. 2) user presses the menu icon and the TV guide slides up from the bottom (fill half the screen) and is slightly transparent. 3) The user then can select one of the items on the guide, expanding the row to show more details (see screenshot). 4) The user then select "watch" or "record" from the expanding row. 5) Once the selection has been made, the TV guide draw will close. Note: The attached Json is just a sample and all the data is not required. Also, if this goes well, i have another requirement available immediately. My last experience with freelancer did not go well so i want to make sure that I hire the right person.
