We are developing a social media based android app, the design/interface is in place but we are considering the option of hiring a company to code the backend of the application to connect to the google app engine server via the google cloud messaging service. The database must store various types of data including image and video files and channels must be included such that a user's live feed is populated with posts only from users they are "following". We would like the project to last one week and we have a budget of £400. Please let us know your thoughts on these constraints and if it is something you would be willing to take on.
