Bugfix of HTML5 Game

Hello, i need someone to fix a bug in a html5 game. the bug i only noticed on android 4.2.2 maybe also 4.3 smartphone and tablet with stock-browser and webview. on 4.1 and 4.4 it is running fine. i attached a small video (sorry for bad quality) the problem is i have to touch the command icons at least 2 seconds to activate them. but they have to be activated immediately after touching them. i hope you can understand what i mean. the script and url i am showing after contacting me.
