App developer needed for a game project.

I am requiring a professional coder to create me a game for android and iphone, the game will be the same just converted for iphone. One app is installed and opened it requires you to enter a name that you will use for the game and the character. Once you came up with a name you are in the main page it will display options such as MARKET, TRAINING CAMP, BATTLE. Market: Market consists of new combat skills with the points you gain you may purchase and unlock new skills so you can use in the fight, you can also purchase perks such as: *double damage perk which means you hit higher and do better damage * speed attack which will speed up the fight making you hit them faster *grenades - use a grenade to do damage on the NPC *ac130- it will goes over through the sky and drop bombs on the npc doing certain amount of damage *few strong weapon which you wield and fight with. Training camp: You choose a set of weights and you have to balance the phone into the centre point for as long as you can gaining exp in strength, depending on the size of weights it will be harder to balance and the amount of gain will differ meaning bigger size weight will gain more then little size weights. Battle: Like all apps you are in the level page it will display all levels in game you choose the one you last unlocked and carry on from there, if its the first time then you start off from level 1 so on... as you unlock levels the npc become harder to defeat therefore it requires you to train more and such so you hit better the life span for the npc increase too training the character decides the amount of damage you can cause. Each time you make a successful hit you gain points you may re-do the levels over and over again to gain points etc..but at the end of each level you get a total point calculation with bonus point, if you decide to redo the levels you will not gain as much point as you would have from doing it the first time. Now on the fighting screen it will have your character with your name over him and the life span vs the npc a countdown of 3 second will begin on the screen there will by a menu once pressed in the fight it will slide side ways and have all the moves and perks you have unlocked in there the fight is auto so it will fight without you having to do anything while the fight is going on you can just change the skills about the character will perform them in the next hit, also the perks such as bombs etc.. When you have chosen a weapon it will wield it and fight with the weapon the weapons strength and your player strength will give a total strength and will cause more damage. if you loose you will get a failed message and option to go back or re-try if you win it will show you the reward message and ask you if you want to go to next level or go back. I need good graphics, 1 character which is a person with a sort of ninja clothing this will be the player (the person playing) 25 - npc 5 background - dark, snowy, grass, street, battle field the background will change every 5 levels 1 - sound which you may use from online off the net it should sound relating to the game which is fighting/battle this would run only when you are fighting. 1- sound for the main menu etc.. all graphics must be animated. I need someone who is professional with graphics and coding and can speaker good english. i will not paying nothing before seeing a demo with a basic concept/logic of the game. once i see a demo i will pay 25% then after the work i will need to see a last demo of the final project before i send the remaining amount.
