Android one screen (like instagram) application

I need an android project with one screen. Like this image (from instagram), except the bottom panel, without those 4 black tabs. Panel top with static info and imageview with circular image library(or something similar), right below it it should be a webpager with tabs(each tab is a fragment). In each separate fragment add a textview with dummy data and only in the first tab add a gridview with custom adapter (textview title and an imageview), dummy data as well.
