Hi, I am an android developer. I have made live video streaming players for both PC and android. I understand how to handle media in android devices very well. My hourly rate is 40 USD. I am open for both hourly as well as fixed. I would like to understand more details on work, which all android OSes you want to support, any specific android device make or it should work on all devices etc then I can come up with estimation.
