Android Survey APP Using Microsoft SQL - repost

I am looking for an android APP which can do the following. 1- Can Sync Live Jobs and their questions and options from Microsoft SQL Sever when connected to internet. 2- Can List all live jobs. 3- Display Questions and its option after selecting a live job. 4- Can store answers of the questions locally on the device. 5- Sync answers to Microsoft SQL server when connected to internet. this includes uploading pictures if a question is of type Photo, and uploading signature if question is of type signature. Note following features needed to be working ================================================= Following Question Types should be able to displayed and answered List Radio Check Text TextArea Date Number Section Photo Signature ================================================= Important notes: Questions should follow skip question logic which has been defined when setting up a job. Also if you are looking to achieve this project through ASP Web service JASON response, then you may need to develop and provide me the code for web services as well. or at least an example of web service.
