Android SDK

Hi I'd like to have an application that upon a notification from our server will show the user an image 1. all over the screen. 2. Upon screen open 3. On call termination The user will be able to click the image and this will open a browser with the landing page supplied as part of the push notification, once the user has clicked the image you will redirect him to the website with as many parameters as you can provide such as 1. Location 2. Phone id number 3 ........ This should happen even if the application is not used. I'd like to have this as an SDK so I can send that to other application developers. If possible It shouldn't be based on the android push notification as this has a limitation in terms of numbers (as far as I know) There is the server we would do, the server would and upon your request/design load an image file and sent it to the mobile to show.
