Have you already a list of the tables with their number of customers? If you a have a reservation for 10 customers and you have not such long table, do you shift two or three tables to compone one larger? In this case will the application choose which tables have to be involved? Last question , how much long do you consider a table occupied when it is booked?

Dear client, I can do it in C#/MS SQL (local/public). I suggest to make a public, because later you can add as an option to websites, so your customer would be able to make reservation online.
