Job Description We are urgently looking for Full-Time/ Freelance "Aptitude Trainers" & "Softskill Trainers". The Trainers will be responsible to conduct training for students across colleges Punjab, Haryana and Himachal on Soft-skills or Aptitude. Job Role: Aptitude Trainer/Soft-Skills Trainer Important: The candidate will be required to travel for conducting training batches. Target Audience for Training - College Students Location: Across Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Batch Duration: Min 5 Days, Max.30 Days Rate: Rs.400 - Rs.700 per hour (For Freelance Trainers) Salary: Rs 2.40 Lacs PA – Rs 6 Lacs PA ( For Permanent Job) Travel & Accommodation will be arranged by us. Essential Requirements/Primary Skills: At least 1-3 years of experience in Aptitude training. Experience and Expertise in Aptitude. Quantitative, Verbal & Logical Reasoning Fresher preparing for competitive exam with good subject knowledge can also apply Should posses good communication and presentation skill, and creative teaching skills Should have a strong hold on the Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Aptitude and Verbal Reasoning skills to groom the student on the same. Passion for Training and ability to make complex topics coherent to all students. Candidate should have a pleasing personality, excellent communication, inter personal skills and should be able to connect with the students. Should be comfortable to work individually or under any team situations. Should be good to motivate the team and crowd to enhance the performance of all. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for conducting Quantitative Aptitude Training for Engineering / Management students. Train the engineering and management Pre-final/final year students for their Placements. Upgrade yourself with new topics and teaching techniques. Develop creative and logical techniques to solve problems in aptitude. To formulate time saving short cut tricks and problem solving techniques. Should be able to develop and enhance the content for different modules as and when required. Conduct periodic test and review/analysis of performance of students.
