Build a Website using MODx

I need several websites built, but this project is just for the construction of the first primary site. It must be built using MODx, I will not accept anything else, if you suggest something else I will discount your bid. You must have the following skills & experience: 1. Proficient with MODx and be able to provide examples of other sites you have built in MODx 2. Proficient in PHP as the site will require several PHP snippets to be included 3. Be able to develop following W3C rules. the site will be tested for SEO friendliness and you will be asked to make any changes necessary to ensure that it ranks very high in SEO tests. 4. I will be getting a site designed so you must be able to translate that to a MODx template for use on the site 5. You must not plagiarise anything! all images that are used or proposed to be used must be shown to me so that I can approve the necessary purchase I will provide a more detailed spec once I have shortlisted.
