Creative designer for Crisp Logo

I am looking for a very creative designer who can redesign a logo for my Govt Contracting IT Company. Logo should have rendered Capitol Building in the background. I am looking for cutting edge, innovative designs that can communicate the personality of my brand. Once the logos have been agreed I will post a further project for all collateral design.
