Asterisk hotel integration

Searching for a Linux server administrator experienced with the open source PBX software Asterisk. We need an interface with an hotel PMS software (property management system). You will need to install and configure Asterisk on the server for us remotely, and test the interface with the hotel software. Normally the serial port is use by the PMS. Phase 1 basic fonction: When Check in: 1- tranfert guest name from PMS to Asterisk 2- activate phone in the room 3- change class of service to permit outside call 3- activate voice mail 4- activate CDR When check out 1- disable phone (allow only "0" and 911) 2- disable voice mail 3- Send data from CDR to PMS and printer 4- Room status (ex: *12 send a message to the PMS for room clean) The phase 2 is not require in this bid, the interface as be be develop with multiple PMS interface with only 1 Asterisk PBX.
