Configure Linux Server for Caching of Dynamic PHP pages

Dear Server Admins, I'm looking to improve the load time of my php based website by enabling the caching of the pages so that the dynamic pages only generate once every 3 hours. The website is on a dedicated Linux server with root access. I'm looking for someone who can walk me through on how to do it via a remote desktop app. When bidding please when indicate when you will be available and the estimate time needed to make the configuration.
