I have server running on Fedra Core and there are websites hosted, but recently I have been getting the warning that all of the disk space has been consumed by websites. But When I look at websites only 1 GB is used out of 10 GB,
So My question to everyone here is where I can see the files that are eating so much space. How to check them
a Step by Step SSH Commands to view the Dumps, Temp or any Backup files or Log files that are taking space and how to remove them.

First of all get a list of partitons and used/free space on them.
You can see used/free space on your partitions by using df command:
#df -ah
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/mapper/isw_bhcecbggi_Volume0p3
285G 38G 233G 14% /
Then go to your most filled partiton and do:
#du / -ah --max-depth=1
16K /lost+found
8.0K /mnt
8.0K /media
1.2G /root
19G /backup
0 /.autorelabel
164M /lib
24K /tmp
8.0K /selinux
Thus I have /backup as the heaviest folder.

Hi,
On the mounted directory do the du -sh. This will show the individual directories & the space occupied by them. When you see a suspicious directory, then do the same command on the directory. This will give you the individual file sizes. This will help you to remove the unwanted file.
