Asterisk install with FXO ports

Hi Freelancers, I need a professional with Asterisk experience to configure a TrixBox PBX for me, as well as explain the process to me during the configuration. It's for a small office, with 1 Polycom ip430 so far which I need help resetting and setting-up, VM, AA, Call Forwarding, Call Routes, 2 soft phones over OpenVPN. I have pre-installed the latest TrixBox onto a CoreDuo computer, so it's ready to be configured. The FXO card that I have is an OpenVOX-A400P02 [login to view URL] with 2 FXO ports. Please make sure that you know how to install this card before bidding. For FXO's, I have 1 POTS line from a phone company, and want to try a "Magic Jack" device which is a WAN to FXO little box converter and should provide just a regular FXO port to connect to the PBX. I also want to have 1 SIP trunk set-up. If this project goes well and we're happy with your service, we will work on larger Asterisk projects with up to 120 phones which I'm able to get. I have a few of those currently waiting... but need help since I'm not experienced in Asterisk. I'm looking for an experienced Asterisk technician who's interested in other large Asterisk projects, knows Asterisk very well, and how to use it with lots of FXS phones (24port ip-fxs banks) since most of the buildings don't have cat5 wiring. MikroTik and integration with Call Accounting software experience is a plus since we use it everywhere. Please do not bid on this project unless you feel comfortable with the above mentioned requirements. This project is more of a test how well you know Asterisk and if we will be able to work together on more advanced Asterisk projects. Thanks in advance!
