Android not working with touchscreen

I am looking for an android developer that can debug an android device so it works with the touchscreen on a 32 inch digital (screen) sign. We have the 4.04 drivers and now we just need to get the touchscreen operational. The touchscreen is connected through an rs232 which may be the overall issue and not capable to work with an android device at all. Just a few hours of work for the touchscreen issue for now. We are doing a major launch so additional work will come that will be done on your available schedule. We would like to have it working in any Linux environment (kernel) present or future if possible. - Richard Buchli
