Custom Joomla Component - Live Scores

I am in need of a custom component for a website using the Joomla CMS (currently using 1.5.12 but will upgrade to 1.5.14). It should also be stated that my site uses the Mootools java framework, so experience in this platform is preferred. What I need is a component that will display live sports scores on my site. Scores will be pulled in from xml feeds from 3rd party websites. Since I have no control over those sites and the address of the feed may change, I need to be able to add and edit feeds from the admin control panel. Also note that I will probably need to be able to input multiple feeds (e.g. mlb baseball scores feed, nba basketball scores feed, etc). There are two distinct display methods that I need to use this scores component for. 1. Scores Ticker - I will want to use a scrolling scores ticker that runs across the top of the site, so I will need to be able to publish a module for the component that will handle this. It should cover all sports that I have a feed for, scrolling one after another. A good example of what I am looking for can be found at [login to view URL] (only works in FF for me), only styled to match the size and colors needed for my site (obviously). I am not interested in all of those speed controls, but I do like how they implement the league logos into the ticker. 2. Display as page content, that is organized by sport. I have categories for MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, NCAA Football, NCAA Basketball and NCAA Womens basketball. More categories may be added in the future, but these are really the core sports I'm concerned with. Each of these categories has a "scores" page, where I would like all of the day's scores displayed (nfl scores in the nfl section, nba scores in the nba section, etc). So I will need to be able to publish some type of module for this that allows me to select which sports are being displayed in the module. Draw on yahoo sports ([login to view URL]) for inspiration on how I would like these pages laid out. [login to view URL] is also not a bad example. For obvious reasons, I must ask that you please only bid if you have previous experience with developing joomla components and modules. If I have left out any required information, feel free to ask.
